These guys are nothing but puppets for the insurance companies to cheat the citizens out of proper compensation for there repairs after an unforeseen accident. Gave me an estimate as they were sent out by my insurance company, my insurance Company cut me a check and sent me there estimate which was very low price and even certain repairs ridiculous. 198 dollars to replace two windows that are 6x6. Called my insurance and they told me they gave me the estimate and have them do it. Reached out to Chris Burke and said they are unable to do the job. Told me I will eventually find a small company to do it. H2O will be named in my lawsuit along with my insurance for making untrue and inadequate estimates to assist the insurance companies in cheating another American out of what is rightfully owed to them.

The Olshan Foundation Repair Crew that was assigned to my house in Del Valle, Texas, was absolutely extraordinary. The crew chief, Carlos Cruz, led an exceptionally diligent team including Josh Garcia, Carlos Soto, Jose Sais, Luis Martinez, Antonio, and Roberto. Their mission, to dig and place supports in 15 spots around my house, was executed with incredible speed and precision. They accomplished this mammoth task in just three days of relentless, almost non-stop effort. Carlos Cruz, the original crew chief and the subsequent chief Josh, took the time to meticulously explain how the pilings were placed, educating me on the entire process and providing much-needed reassurance throughout. On the final day, an independent inspector came to certify the job and privately commended the crew's exceptional workmanship, signing off without a hitch. While the process of digging created a considerable amount of dirt and debris, the team's cleanup efforts left my yard looking astonishingly well-preserved. Witnessing their dedication was truly impressive. Although this project was a significant investment, the peace of mind that comes with knowing my home's foundation is now stabilized is invaluable. Victor's crew was extremely good on my project. The guys were very professional and respectful of my patio paving as they had to remove sections for the needed locations. They did such a good job that the repairs to the patio will be easy to complete. They did the job as scheduled and the left our home very clean after the project.

On 3/5 and 3/6 the Olshan came to complete the work, day one team lead by Juan and day two team lead by Victor did excellent work. Of note the process is exactly like briefed and the teams do everything to protect property. Additionally it is great to know Olshan promotes from within, as Victor began as a laborer but now lead a team and is one the the most professional individuals I have had the pleasure to met. I had Foundation Support Specialist come to my house to do a major foundation repair. A total of 43 piers were installed. A very expensive repair. The rep, Clayton Davis assured me that with this many piers installed I would not have any further problems. It has been 3 yrs now and each year that the techs come out to my house to do measurements, they tell me that there is no adjustments needed. Although, throughout the house there are new cracks, doors don’t shut, and the concrete slab is shifting the new floor I had put down. This company sold a good idea but my house is worse off now than when this project started. I need someone from FFS or Groundwork’s or what ever your new name is, to send me a link to talk to someone that is higher up than a tech who is going to fix this issue.

Chris and Tammy and Michael did a great job with cleaning my air handler and my ductwork. They found a couple of areas on the air handler where outside air was leaking in and fixed those issues. Great job!

DHI Contracted them to do warranty repairs on my home, I had 2 leaking windows on my new build home and they came out and fixed them. During my warranty time I noticed that all of the windows on my home needed to be fixed, DHI contracted them again to come out and do all the repairs for every single window on my house. The professionalism of the workers, managers, supervisors, safety team, was phenomenal. Even had one of the Gerloff brothers stop by to inspect the job site. This was a LONG and strenuous project (3+ weeks) that they performed and the results I was left with look even better than the house did before. My 4” window trim got upsized to 6” trim and recessed due to trimming the siding to properly retape and reflash all the windows. The two windows on the face of my house had brick (DHI could not get the exact brick) so between all of us we settled on a darker brick to border the windows and it came out great. The subcontractors Gerloff used for my Masonry & Drywall/paint repairs did an amazing job as well and deserve recognition too. Luis, Abel, Francisco ran that job and crew effortlessly and deserve any and all recognition for the completion of this lengthy repair. All walking surfaces in the home were covered to prevent wear and tear as well, I really felt like that were treating my home as if it was theirs. During their first visit, Martin (no longer with the company) and Abel took great care of the job along with the other workers. This visit also included mold mitigation and drywall/insulation removal due to the water intrusion, when they were done you couldn’t even tell the wall had been cut open due to the great work of their subcontracted drywaller “Pancho” and his brother. This second larger repair i requested them to come back for the drywall repairs and they did just as good! In the pictures you’ll see just what they were up against having to re-do every window.
